This year our spring weather was quite unusual. February felt like spring, which in turn blooms started emerging early and then BAM!! The entire month of March felt like winter all over again. The cold month damaged the current blooms and delayed anything that should have been blooming that month for almost an entire month. That meant a few of my sessions had to be pushed back a few weeks (and months!).
Miss Hayley picked the perfect location and perfect time of year for spring senior portraits – April during her spring break! We had a gorgeous spring day and couldn’t have asked for better light and weather. Hayley has since graduated from Millbrook High School located in Raleigh North Carolina and she will be attending the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill this fall! Hayley wanted to have her senior portraits made at UNC as that is where she will be going to school – of course, but also both of her parents graduated from UNC and her brother goes to UNC Charlotte. It’s one big UNC family!
When planning her session she had mentioned wanting to bring her puppy. Thankfully UNC allows dogs on campus – so sweet Finn came along for the session! So many students stopped and asked if they could pet him. He was soooo good!
Thank you for letting me part of your senior year. Without further ado, meet Hayley!
